Common causes of a 2007 Volkswagen Jetta alarm going off include a faulty door or hood switch, a bad battery, or a problem with the alarm system itself.

To block off the oil pam sensor on a 2010 Volkswagen CC 2.0, remove the oil pan, remove the oil pump, and install a block-off plate.

If the oil pressure warning light comes on and the engine shuts off, it could be due to a number of reasons, including a low oil level, a faulty oil pressure sensor, or a problem with the oil pump. To diagnose the problem, a mechanic will need to perform a number of tests, including checking the oil level, inspecting the oil pressure sensor, and testing the oil pump.
